Urakawa District
Urakawa (浦河郡 Urakawa-gun) is a district in Hidaka Subprefecture. It occupies an area in the central southern part of the subprefecture between the Hidaka Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. This district only includes one township: Urakawa.
In 2007, the district had a population of 15,018. The total area is 694 km².
Urakawa is the administrative centre of Hidaka Subprefecture.
