Welcome to Hokkaipedia 北海ペディア- the wiki for Hokkaidō!
This is a notebook encyclopedia with articles and reviews about every aspect of Hokkaidō - for visitors, residents, students and anybody simply curious about Japan's unique northern island.
It's just the beginning. Existing articles concentrate on Tokachi and Hidaka in the central/eastern part of Hokkaidō, but potential contributors are encouraged to join and help develop articles on anything relevant to the island - past and present, the natural environment and the human world, society, economics and politics, popular culture and creativity etc.
Anyone who creates an account is invited to contribute, edit and correct articles.
魅力的で個性的な日本の北の島、北海道のために生まれた、北海道に関するあらゆる分野でのノート型百科辞典です。北海道旅行ガイドや北海道生活ガイドや学生向けから研究も含めて、北海道に興味のある全ての人のために。
そして今、まだ始まったばかりです。現在は北海道の道央と道東である十勝と日高に関する内容が中心になっていますが、執筆に参加してくださる方を募集しています。北海道の現在、過去、自然環境、人の暮らし、文化、社会、経済、政治、人気行事、生産物などなんでも構いません。
